We believe in entrepreneurship and the impact it can have. However, most start-ups fail or never realise their full potential. One of the main reasons: not having the right team & organizational set-up.
Therefore, we accompany start-ups in the first transition phase from team to organization (between 15-40 employees) to set up their internal organization in such a way that it enables them to achieve their growth and revenue targets.
